Tetrapods are a superclass of vertebrates that have four limbs (and those that have lost them, like snakes). Amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals are all tetrapods; fish are not, with the exception that somewhere along the evolutionary line the fin of a lobe-fin fish becomes a limb, making the fish a tetrapod. However, this is hard to distinguish.
